If you tuned into the 59th annual Grammys last night, you know there were some pretty amazing looks. If you missed it, I’ve got you covered! While everyone looked beautiful, there were some who especially caught my eye -- not only for their looks, but for the message they delivered through their style. Take a look as I list some of my favorite looks from this years Grammys.

1) Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga’s super edgy look shows us once again that there is no shame in her game! And those boots! Simply to die for. Her outfit also hits back at some of the critics that tried to body shame her following her Super Bowl performance. I love that she is embracing the body she’s in, and rightfully so. Girl power for the win!

2) Beyonce

Beyonce channeled all her inner Goddesses with last nights outfit. Some speculated that she may have channeled the African Goddess Mami Wata, who signifies womanhood … whatever the motivation, Beyonce, I thank you. You gave me life!

3) Remy Ma

The rapper Remy Ma switched it up last night showing us that she’s just as in touch with her elegant and feminine side as she is with her hardcore, rap side. Her outfit said all the right things in all the right ways. Get you a woman who can do both!

4) Rihanna

Can Rihanna ever do wrong? That’s rhetorical. The answer is no, she can’t. Her outfit choice gave me a mix of street style and class. While the orange top can be versatile and just as easily worn with jeans, her skirt was pure Grammy material. Rih Rih… you’ve done it again!

5) Celine Dion

Celine Dion’s emerald green outfit had my eyes glued to her the entire evening. Not only was the color choice excellent but the style complimented her frame so perfectly. Celine, tell your stylist to give me a call!

6) CeeLo Green

While CeeLo’s look was the butt of a lot of jokes, I for one, loved it! No, not just because my favorite color is gold. I loved his look because he stepped outside of the box (which isn’t uncommon for CeeLo) and said, screw what people think. We could all learn a thing or two from CeeLo!
