When you delete a client from your list, their appointment history remains on your calendar, but they will no longer have a client card. Here’s how it’s done:
1. Go to “My Home/Clients/Client List” and click on the name of the client you would like to delete.
2. Next click the “Delete Client” link at the top right of the client card page.
3. A message will pop up asking you if you’re sure you would like to delete. If your answer is yes, click the “ok” button.
When the screen refreshes you’ll be dropped back onto your client tab, and that client will now be deleted.

When selecting your service from the app, first tap on the “Choose Service” link.
You will see a list of your services appear. Tap on the name of the actual service as shown below:

Remember, DO NOT tap on the green arrows to the right of the service next to the price! This simply brings you to the details of each service. To go back, tap the “Select Service” button in the upper left corner.
Once you have selected the service, it will auto-fill the service details.
You can alter the price by holding your finger down on the “Cost” until a keypad pops up and you can use the “+” and “-” signs to alter the duration.
Click Book Appt at the top or bottom to book it!
Once your appointment is booked, it will appear in your “Schedule” tab
