Access your StyleSeat app from your web browser!

Hey guys!

If you’re experiencing issues with your iPhone app we wanted to let you know that we’re super sorry for the inconvenience, and we’re trying to get it fixed as fast as possible! In the meantime, we have a solution for you so you don’t have to be without your app in the salon. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Head to your phone’s browser (safari) and enter the following address: http://www.styleseat.com/static/mobile/index.html

tip: you can tap the link above from your phone to get there faster!

2. Log in to your StyleSeat account on the home screen:

3. Let your phone load until your all your info is synced to your phone:

4. To access this web page easier from your iPhone, be sure to save it to your homescreen so you can easily tap it, just like an app! Just tap the arrow at the bottom of your browser screen and tap the “Add to Home Screen” button

5. Voila! Now you can tap the “StyleSeat” bookmark app to get to the web app!

*NOTE: the camera feature will not work on your web browser, so be sure to head to your computer or your app to upload photos

How to Delete Clients from your Client List

When you delete a client from your list, their appointment history remains on your calendar, but they will no longer have a client card. Here’s how it’s done:

1. Go to “My Home/Clients/Client List” and click on the name of the client you would like to delete.

2. Next click the “Delete Client” link at the top right of the client card page. 

3. A message will pop up asking you if you’re sure you would like to delete. If your answer is yes, click the “ok” button.

When the screen refreshes you’ll be dropped back onto your client tab, and that client will now be deleted.
